Its detailed suspension has industrial and maritime references and is beautifully crafted in plated metal, which is subsequently hand brushed to obtain the perfect finish to complement the circular opal glass lampshades. While the Drop Chandelier Bulp collection honors the iconic, modernist lamp designs of the 1950s, it also celebrates an experimental, innovative approach with its 14 flexible and functional adjustable arms - creating countless options and variations. The chandelier elegantly brightens the room with a warm light and becomes a sculptural object in the ceiling.

Metal
Inspired by architecture, the metal finishes of 101 Copenhagen are characterized by treated and rich surfaces, emphasizing the unique potential and qualities of each metal. The finishes of brass, bronze and burned black are all plated one or two times to create a layered metal finish with a subtle warmth. Subsequent to the plating, all metal colours are hand brushed to achieve a beautiful patinated look. Finally, the colour is spray painted with a mat transparent paint, adding a silky mat finish to the metal.
The products of cast aluminium have small marks and variations from the casting process, therefore small holes and unevenness might occur. Products made of cast aluminium is not recommended for outdoor use. Standing outside will cause the product to rust. Resembling architectural concrete facades, the Oxidized aluminium colour is made from a special acid treatment. The metal is dipped in acid for a very short time, creating a raw mat grey surface and leaving large sporadic marks.
Maintenance:
For daily cleaning it is recommended to use a microfiber cloth to remove dust or dirt from the surface. Please do not use cleaning agents that contain acid.
