Like a design process frozen in time, the Offset vase is a distortion of the familiar rounded shape being cut. It challenges the idea of a vase and drastically changes appearance depending on the angles it is viewed from: From an imitation of a traditional vase to a sculptural object.
The Big Offset Vase – Dark Grey works beautifully as a centrepiece on a coffee table, console, or shelf. It can serve as a functional vase with flowers using the included bag, or stand alone as a sculptural object. Combining it with other Offset vases enhances the visual impact and creates a curated, layered display.
The Offset Vase is made from fiber concrete. As it is a hand glazed to create a textured, unique surface and a natural product, the colours may vary slightly and as it is not 100% waterproof, a bag for fresh flowers is included.
