Ceramics

Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Wabi-Sabi, we’ve been working for years with highly skilled ceramists to create a signature palette of natural faded earth tones and tactile finishes. Characterized by its complexity, ceramic is both robust and delicate, soft and crisp.

Coming from a high-quality fine clay, all ceramic products are made from mould and burned in oven. Afterwards each piece is hand painted by brush with up to four times, to achieve a soft brushed surface with a patinated texture like suede leather.

Offering endless possibilities, ceramic allows us to experiment with sculptural shapes in new and exciting ways, to create design with a high artistic value.

Maintenance:
The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight and extreme temperature conditions. Avoid high UV exposure. For daily cleaning, a dry or wet cloth can be used to remove dust or dirt. However, cleaning products containing acid should not be used as they may harm the surface of the product. It is also advised to avoid sharp objects as they can harm the surface of the product.

Hand painting ceramic vase

Hand painted for subtle variations

Each ceramic piece is hand painted. A base color is applied and patterns are meticulously applied by hand using a cloth to create unique textures. This approach ensures that every piece carries its own subtle nuances in shade and texture, resulting in a finish that adds warmth, soul and character.

Variantions will be visible on the same pieces, as well as tones and amount of texture will vary from piece to piece.
