SOBREMESA pop-up dinner with Ainhoa, Roy & Afonso – chefs at the world-renowned Michelin restaurant Alchemist – in collaboration with Mikkeller Beer.

Served on our Native Dinnerware, the trio hosted a pop-up celebrating the arrival of warmer days through a seven-course family-style menu inspired by the flavours of Portugal and Spain.

Each course was thoughtfully paired with Mikkeller beers and Baghaven Wild Ales, creating an experience rooted in sharing, craftsmanship, and exceptional gastronomy.

Inspired by the atmosphere of generous harvest lunches, the afternoon unfolded with food, drink, music, and conversation flowing effortlessly - celebrating not only remarkable food, but also the timeless ritual of gathering around a beautifully set table.
