Thank you for choosing the 101 Copenhagen Candleholder. This product is crafted from high-quality ceramic and designed to add elegance and atmosphere to your space. To ensure safe use and maintain its longevity, please read and follow the care and safety guidelines below.
Important Usage Instructions:
To ensure safe use and prevent damage, please follow these guidelines:
• Only use candles that fit securely and upright in the holder without forcing them into place.
• Never allow candles to burn closer than 3cm (1.2 inches) from the ceramic holder surface. Excessive heat from flames burning too close can cause the ceramic to crack or shatter due to thermal stress.
• Always extinguish the candle before it reaches this minimum distance.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
• Use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame rather than blowing it out, which can cause hot wax to splatter.
• Allow any wax to cool and harden before cleaning.
• Gently remove wax using a dry, soft cloth or your fingers - do not use water, as this may damage the hand-painted finish. Avoid all liquids, abrasive tools, acidic cleaners, bleach, or harsh chemicals, as these can permanently damage the surface.
• Store your candleholder in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to preserve its finish and structural integrity.
Warning: Fire & Breakage Hazard
Failure to follow the 3cm minimum burn distance may result in severe heat damage, including cracking, breakage, or complete failure of the candleholder. This creates a potential fire or injury risk and renders the product unusable. Damage caused by improper candle use is not covered under warranty.
